Business Development Support
Our business development support empowers individual farmers and farmer institutions to build sustainable and market-oriented enterprises. Through tailored services such as enterprise planning, DPR preparation, financial linkage, and market access facilitation, we help transform agricultural and allied activities into viable livelihood opportunities. By strengthening business acumen and providing strategic guidance, we enable rural entrepreneurs and collectives to grow with confidence and long-term impact.
Proposal & DPR Development
We provide expert support in Proposal and DPR development for farmer institutions, CSOs, and rural entrepreneurs—crafting fundable, impact-driven projects aligned with government schemes, donor requirements, and market opportunities. Our sectoral expertise ensures that each proposal is technically sound, scalable, and focused on sustainable development.
Grassroot Level Survey & Assesment
We conduct grassroots-level surveys and assessments to generate accurate, field-based insights that inform planning, implementation, and impact measurement. Our approach combines participatory methods with technical rigor to capture the real needs, challenges, and opportunities within rural communities—supporting evidence-based decision-making for institutions, CSOs, and development programs.
Development of learning and IEC materials

Lending and financial linkages
We facilitate lending and financial linkages for agri-allied activities by connecting farmers, FPOs, and rural entrepreneurs with banks, government schemes, and impact investors. Our support includes credit planning, documentation, and handholding to ensure timely access to affordable finance, enabling the growth of sustainable, income-generating rural enterprises.
