Order Cancellation Policy – SustainPath International
At SustainPath International, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following terms:
1. Order Cancellations (Before Shipping)
- Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order or before the item has been shipped, whichever comes first.
- To cancel, email us at support@sustainablepath.com with your order details.
- A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
2. Order Cancellations (After Shipping)
- Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- However, you can still request a return within 10 days of delivery under our Refund & Return Policy.
3. Non-Cancellable Items
- Customized or special-order items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
- Clearance or “final sale” items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
4. Failed Delivery / Refused Orders
- If you refuse delivery or fail to accept the package, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
